Shhh! Working hard..

Goodness, what a busy weekend. We have just installed brand new hardware into my computer, comprising new motherboard, cpu and ram, so I now have a super-fast pc to play with work on. I have just completed loading the new OS and all my programs, and can go to bed tired, but happy.
Update: 23.04.05: The install of the OS was obviously a bad one, so I am now in the process of reloading my programs yet again on another install. Oh, the joys of computing! The children return to school tomorrow, and I will be getting stuck into my college work, as I have several assignments to complete, and 3 exams in May to prepare for.
Sadly, I dont expect to have much time for website updating for a little while, but will still pop in here regularly, so do come and talk to me when I am on my coffee breaks, wont you? I need the diversions!

OK I am still working hard, but no one has popped in for coffee yet.
I have all the latest flavours, and you get a free donut with every purchase
My computer is performing ok, but our home network has gone to hell in a hand basket, for reasons best known to itself.
Ah well…back to my database I suppose…..

Ok Jewel.

What have you done now. I found you again you can’t get rid of me no matter how long I have been MIA…. Now I have to figure out how to post new trends and stuff. But I am back. And with lot’s of news. I want to find how to post my own trend and I will share. Maybe I will try now lol. I have missed you all very much though. Alot has been going on lately. But not bad. Just busy. Have a good one I will be back.

Took you long enough I thought you had sold your computer and left the country.
If you have some news for us, the best place to put it is in the Check in Here thread. We are going to use this for general chatting over here.
As you have already learned how to add a comment, you just add another comment to that thread. It can be as long as you like. Write a book if you want.

Felt sorry for you with all that studying, so just popping in to say hello (actually I’m after the free doughnut. Can I get one even if I don’t buy a coffee?)

If the smoking law comes in where you can’t smoke anywhere but your own house, are you going to ban it too will I never see this emoticon again? or…will you be hosting this blog as a Snoking Speakeasie

Mmmm coffee & donuts! Smoking ban hmmm that doesn’t sound good. We can deplete the ozone, melt the ice in artica, deplete the rainforest but please don’t smoke. Nevermind all the industrial smoke & nuclear plants. Ah well, I need to quit anyway. I could quit smoking but please don’t ask me to give up coffee & donuts. I’ll take some coffee with you Jewel. Tests! yikes. Well I’m sure you’ll do fine J. Very glad it is you & not me.

Sorry to hear about your network. I have never set mine backup tho I should. What I need to do is go get a site for my niece & get started. I have already planned to go with your host Jewel. My fingers are crossed that once I get going that it will all start to make sense.

Yes I know we SHOULD all give up, but the trouble is I dont want to–never have, so I guess I will just carry on being a social pariah. I have got used to wearing a warm jacket so I can smoke outside now, and of course I have the freedom to smoke in my own home at my computer, so I guess I’ll survive.

I have been smoking on and off for some time, never a lot just a few and have recently given up. Only about a week ago but it wasn’t so bad, don’t crave at all now

Just a quick visit to let you all know that I am still alive and still working hard..
Got an exam in Welsh on Friday, so am busy revising for that.
Roll on May 24th when it will all be done…
