Beginners are especially encouraged, and warmly welcomed to Jewels Web Graphics. Our primary aim is to provide an extensive range of tutorials, links and information, on and off-site, to help the newcomer to website building. All areas of the site may be accessed from our site map. Please read my re-written and updated newbie guide before signing up for anything, as it could save you a lot of time/money and heartache, in the long run! 
If you have any questions regarding this website or any of it’s content, please post your query in the cappuccino bar where one of the JWG staff will be happy to assist you. 
We are always available to offer help and advice, or just to sit down with a coffee for a chat 
JWG is always looking for new ways to involve and engage our visitors, and the relocation of the famous(!) 
JWG Cappuccino Bar is our latest innovation. The Cappuccino Bar was housed in the JWG Forum for several years. However, the JWG forum software urgently needed updating for security reasons. Regretfully, the particular software that the forum used is now no longer free, and JWG has a policy of using open source software on the site wherever possible. The Word Press software that powers the site now is completely free to download and use, hence the relocation of the Cappuccino Bar here.
The blog is very easy to use. You register (using the link at the side of the page), as with the forum, by creating a username and providing an email address. You will get a password emailed to you, and then you can login. You can view all articles, and add your comments to any that are open. I have now written a mini-tutorial with linked screenshots, to get you started.
You can also create your own posts, in the same way that you could start a new thread in the forum. Please choose the appropriate category for your post, (tutorials, graphics, techno etc). Posts in the Cappuccino Bar may be about any off-topic subject of your choice - within the bounds of reason and good taste, of course 
- Perhaps you have a question to ask, or have just dropped in for a chat - Anyone else may add their comments to your post, and thus a conversation is initiated, or a question is answered. 
The Cappuccino Bar has been renowned for it’s selection of good coffees, cakes, news, and stimulating conversation, and I hope we can continue this tradition in the new premises.
